This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to delete the petitioner's name from the history sheet list maintained by the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that a murder case is still pending against the petitioner.

3. If the murder case ends in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner is acquitted, then, the petitioner's name will be deleted from the history sheet maintained by the third respondent.

4. With this direction to the third respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
