Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to regularize the petitioner's salary in BT Assistant cadre as per Rule 22-B of the Fundamental Rules by taking Secondary Grade Teacher service period rendered by the petitioner in Government schools.

Heard Mr.A.Ajith Geethan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved against non-regularization of his salary in the B.T. Assistant cadre and hence, he has filed this writ petition.

3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that pending writ petition, the second respondent herein has passed an order dated 27.10.2020, rejecting the petitioner's request. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.752 of 2021 4.If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 27.10.2020, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
