Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records from the third respondent relating to the impugned notice in Na.Ka.No. 686/12, dated 07.09.2012 , quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner union to carry out all the functions relating to the Welfare Board for the tailoring workers and the Social Security Scheme operated by the Board without any discrimination and hindrance.

In view of the facts and subsequent development, this Court is informed that nothing survives in this writ petition and that the prayer has become infructuous.

2. The learned Government Advocate also submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous as the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
