ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission for the petitioners to withdraw the award amount deposited to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.507 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special District Court, Madurai.

2. . Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for permitting the petitioners to withdraw the deposited amount and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in M.C.O.P. No.507 of 2020, as apportioned by the Tribunal, along with accrued interest and costs, by filing necessary application before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special District Court, Madurai. 27-01-2026 (1/2) mkn To The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special District Court, Madurai.
