ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 01.10.2012 passed by the third respondent herein, under which the request of the petitioner for closing down the sixth respondent's school was rejected on the ground that both of the schools are operating under two different survey numbers.
2. The learned counsel for the official respondents now submits that the petitioner school as well as the sixth respondent school have been taken over by a third party and now they are in the administration of a single person. Hence, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. The same is recorded. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
