CRIME NO.532 OF 2017 ... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).NO.168 of 2018 dated 11.01.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BABU JAGANATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.168 of 2018, dated 11.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 02.02.2018 to till date. He further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), present condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 05/03/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
