ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 21.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,342,307,302 of IPC

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 08.01.2021.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
