This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.471 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kadayam Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.169 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudhram. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
