This petition has been filed to call for the records relates to the F.I.R in Crime No.59 of 2015 dated 05.04.2015 and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case in crime No.59 of 2015 has already been closed as 'Further Action Dropped' on 30.08.2016.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
