Seeking protection of the life and limb of the petitioners and their family members from the third respondent, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the third respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent is not threatening the life and limb of the

petitioner and he also submitted that the allegations made against the third respondent is not true.

4. Considering the same, without going in to the allegations made against the third respondent, the statement made by the learned counsel for the third respondent is recorded in this court. Accordinlgy, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

5. Despite the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the third respondent, the third respondent causes any trouble to the life and limb of the petitioners, it is well open to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
