Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1384 of 2018, dated 30.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners could not able to arrange the sureties within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties and for appearance before the concerned Magistrate Court is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
