RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No. 10115 of 2018 in Crl.OP (MD)No. 20102/2018 order dated 10.12.2018 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur, Madurai district Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SIVABALAN, Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate ( Criminal Side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10115 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.20102 of 2018, permitting the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court and execute the sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners were unable to execute the sureties, the petitioners are given 15 days time to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court, to comply with the condition of the order of this Court Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20102 of 2018, dated 10.12.2018.
