PRAYER IN CRL RC(MD) No.842 of 2016:

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to take the Revision Petition on file, call for the records relating to the impugned order passed in Cr.M.P.No.159/2016 in M.C.No.104 of 2014 on 18.11.2016 by the Learned Family Judge, Madurai and set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SEEMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and 1st respondent not appeared either in person the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.842 of 2016 dated 14.12.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the petitioner, this court is of the view that it is a fit case to modify the condition already imposed on 14.12.2016 and hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, once in two months, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
