The present writ petition has been filed challenging a show cause notice issued by the first respondent herein under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, while the petitioner was functioning as the President of Mappillaioorani Panchayat, Tuticorin. Since the tenure of the President has come to an end, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition.
