RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No. 679/2018 dated 25.01.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.679 of 2018, dated 25.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the petitioner's ill-health, he could not able to arrange the sureties within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
