ORDER

Seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, to expedite the trial process in O.S.No.45 of 2019 on its file within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court, this petition is filed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that originally the suit was filed by the first respondent herein as plaintiff before the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, seeking declaration declaring the plaint mentioned documents as not valid and for mandatory injunction, in the year 2019. Thereafter, it is pending for very long time without any progress. He would further submits that there are so many interlocutory applications have been filed in this case and are pending without any progress.

3.Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, to expedite the enquiry process in all the interlocutory applications pending in the O.S.No.45 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
