ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a communication of the first respondent to the second respondent to close down a study center.

2. According to the petitioner, the students of the petitioner college were enrolled in the study center of the second respondent herein. A perusal of the contentions in the affidavit will clearly disclose that the petitioner has no connection, whatsoever with the first respondent university. The second respondent alone is the authorized study center, which was directed to be closed down by the university. 2/4

3. The second respondent study center had challenged the present impugned order in W.P(MD)No.12133 of 2011. However, the said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 10.06.2022. When the second respondent has already withdrawn the writ petition, the petitioner college, which is claiming under the second respondent herein has no locus standi, whatsoever to challenge the same impugned order.

4. In view of the abovesaid facts, this Writ Petition is devoid of any merits. This Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
