ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners without any basis under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioners are not harassed.

4. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents are also directed not to harass the petitioners and also not to interfere with the civil dispute. 5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
