RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No. 10693/2017 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 11707/2017 dated 24.11.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10693 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11707 of 2017, dated 24.11.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 17.01.2018 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.
4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
completed, hence, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
