2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the filing of the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, trial was conducted in C.C.No.916 of 2023 and the petitioner was acquitted of all the charges.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
