************* This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned award dated 17.05.20129(received on 16.7.2012) passed by the first respondent in C.P.No.51 of 2004. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that a settlement was arrived at between the parties and accordingly, the Petitioner has paid the amount due to the second respondent. Apart from that, the learned counsel submitted that liberty is given to the second respondent to withdrawn the said amount.

4.Since a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and the amount due to the second respondent has been paid and also permitted to withdraw, the subject matter of the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

5.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
