This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to pass final orders in the pending appeal within the time limit prescribed by this court.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent and the date of enquiry has been fixed on 13.10.2023. 3.In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and complete the same and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
