Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Revised List of Deputy Tahsildar for Tiruchirappalli District in Rc.No.A2-23656-2012- 1167 dated 08.11.2012 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same to the extent of the petitioner is affected by the advancement of seniority of the Respondents No.4 to 22 and consequently to direct the Respondent No.3 to redraw the Revised List of Deputy Tahsildar for Tiruchirappalli District by leaving for already notified carried over vacancies vacant for the SC/STs.

No. A2-23656-2012-10 dated 08.11.2012 on the file of the Respondents No.3 and quash the same to the extent of placing the petitioner in the Revised List of Deputy Tahsildar for the year 2006 and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to redraw the Revised List of Deputy Tahsildar for Tiruchirappalli District without disturbing the petitioner being in the List of Deputy Tahsildar for the year 2001 under the Carried Over Vacancies. Prayer in WP(MD). 15896/ 2012 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned revised list of Deputy Tahsildar for Dindigul District in A1/16231/2009 (DT2011) dated 11.10.2012 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same to the extent of the placing the petitioner in the revised list of Deputy Tahsildar for the year 2011 and consequently to direct the Respondent NO.3 to redraw the Revised LIst of Deputy Tahsildar for Dindigul District by including the petitioner in the list of Deputy Tahsildar, for the year 2007 and in the List of Tahsildar for the year 2010 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders. 5/7

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Revised List of Deputy Tahsildar for Dindigul District for the year 2007 in A1/16231/2009 (DT 23007) dated 11.10.12, the Revised List of Tahsildar for Dindigul District for the year 2010 in A1/16231/2009 (Tahsildar 2010) dated 17.10.12 and the subsequent order of reversion in Na.Ka.Nol2/12/A1 dated 14.11.12 on the file of the respondent No.3 and quash the same to the extent of placing the petitioner in the Revised List of Deputy Tahsildar for the year 2010 and deleting the name of the petitioner from the Revised List of Tahsildar for the year 2010 and consequently to direct the respondent No.

3 to redraw the Revised List of Deputy Tahsildar for Dindigul District by including the petitioner in the List of Deputy Tahsildar for the year 2007 and in the List of Tahsildar for the year 2010 within the time stipulated by this Court. 15533 of 2012) COMMON ORDER The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted a copy of the proceedings of the Commissioner of Revenue Administration, dated 04.12.2020. The said proceeding is the implementation of the Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, dated 12.03.2019 in Civil Appeal Nos.251-256 of 2015. Pursuant to the proceedings of the Commissioner of Revenue Administration, dated 04.12.2020, steps are taken to refix the seniority of all the employees as per the directives of the Hon'ble Apex Court of India.

2.This being the factum, the cases of all the petitioners are to be considered in the light of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India as well as the consequential proceedings issued by the Commissioner of Revenue Administration, in letter, dated 04.12.2020.

3.With these observations, all these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
