This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, 1989, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, to consider the bail application of the Petitioners / Accused to be filed in Crime No.243 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police and to accept their surrender on the same day on merits.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there was dispute between them regarding parking of the Vehicle. The Defacto complainant / 3rd Respondent was attacked by the Petitioners. The Defacto complainant was hospitalized for 9 days and discharged from Hospital. There are no previous cases against the Petitioners.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4

disposed of. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, 1989, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading the copy of this order in the official web-site of this Court.

4.
