Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the judgment and decree dated 30.08.2013 in A.S.No.93 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur reversing the judgment and decree dated 16.04.2012 in O.S.No.703 of 2007 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Karur and the render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of the 2nd respondent not appeared in person or by an advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 250 days in representing the above appeal.
