ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the Panchayat President, challenging the show cause notice issued by the 1st respondent herein on the allegation made by the 3rd respondent in relation to assessment of property tax.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after his tenure had expired, during the tenure of the Special Officer, the grievance of the 3rd respondent has been settled and as on today, there is no grievance for the 3rd respondent in relation to assessment of property tax.

3. In view of the subsequent events, the 1st respondent shall not proceed on the basis of his show cause notice, dated 05.01.2012. In view of the above said facts, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 02.12.2022 Index :
