The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal presented by the petitioner on 29.10.2025.
2. From the records it could be seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent under the Senior Citizen Act and the same was rejected on 30.09.2025. Challenging the same, the petitioner has preferred statutory appeal before the first respondent on 29.10.2025. Since the same has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the third respondent and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
