O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.13 of 2013 dated 13.05.2013 on the file of the respondent police as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.13 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet on 24.05.2013 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the same was not taken on file.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
