ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.33 of 2023 of All Women Police Station - Thilagar Thidal Police Station, Madurai.

Mr.M.Veeranthiran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the first respondent police, after conducting investigation, had laid a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No II, Madurai in e-filing No. CNR:CCC202300013 on 29.10.2023.
