Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.RANJITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one Crore only) to the credit of crime number and to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the illness the petitioner was unable to deposit the amount and to execute the sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.721 of 2019 dated 11.02.2019.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 11.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.721 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
