Prayer in WP(MD).No.16595 of 2024:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle the petitioners retirement benefits along with Gratuity, Earned Leave, Surrender Leave, Commutation of Pension, Provident Fund and other retirement benefits payable to the petitioner with 18 percentage rate of interest within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court.
ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of.Mr.R.Ramaiah , Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:
