RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.682 of 2018 dated 17.01.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.KANNIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.682 of 2018, dated 17.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 23.01.2018 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the

condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
