C.M.P.(MD)Nos.225 to 227 of 2025 in S.A.No.851 of 2003 R.KALAIMATHI , J., These miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.(MD)Nos.225 to 227 of 2025 are filed to (i) condone the delay of 2182 days in setting aside the abatement, (ii) set aside the abatement, (iii)bring on records of the proposed appellants/legal heirs of the deceased 12th respondent, respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the 14th respondents has no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Considering the reasons that have been set out for the delay, set aside the abatment and to bring on records of the proposed appellants and also having been satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed and Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the second appeal in S.A.No.851 of 2003.

4. Post the matter after four weeks.
