This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.09.2015.

2. It is seen that this petitioner lodged a complaint on 10.09.2015 and again sent a fresh complaint by post on 18.09.2016.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint dated 10.09.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
