RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and furnishing sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No. 1236 of 2018 dated 25.01.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1236 of 2018, dated 25.01.2018 for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court, by order dated 25.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1236 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, this present petition has been filed for extension of time. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended for a further period of two weeks from today. sd/- 26/02/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
