2. The petitioner wants action to be taken against one of the private respondents herein. The petitioner has adequate remedies under Criminal Procedure Code. He can move the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. Invoking writ remedy does not appear to be appropriate. The petitioner's other rights and remedies are left open. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
