of 2011 COMMON PRAYER:- Writ Petitions - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of declaration declaring the chapter 6.5(i) of the CCB AIEEE 2011, Information Brochure which deals with rule determining the state eligibility for allotment to the Home state quota on the basis from where a candidate has passed 10+2 or qualifying examination as ultravires and quash the order made in communications dated 15.03.2011, 25.03.2011 & 25.03.2011 passed by the 1st, 2nd & 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to treat the petitioner as a candidate belonging to the state of Tamil Nadu so as to avail 50% of the state quota seats with respect to 4th, 5th and 5th respondent college respectively.
