RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Courtmay be pleased to extend the time limit for executing sureties granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)NO.887 of 2018 vide its order dated 22.01.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.887 of 2018, dated 22.01.2018 for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court, by order dated 22.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.887 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, this present petition has been filed for extension of time. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.
