RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit grantedby this Honoruable Court with regard to the execution of sureties in the order of anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.2070 of 2019 vide its order dated 08/02/2019 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.MANIVANNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one Crore only) to the credit of crime number and to surrender before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arrange the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.2070 of 2019 dated 08.02.2019.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2070 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
