PRAYER :- To cancel the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12826 of 2019 and this Court ordered on 20/09/2019 and thus render justice.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the second respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

2. The first respondent was granted anticipatory bail by recording his undertaking that he will pay a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs to the defacto complainant. The accused has so far paid only a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs. He has not complied with the undertaking given before this Court.

3. Therefore, I have no hesitation to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to him. The order dated 20.09.2019 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12826 of 2019 granting anticipatory bail to the first respondent is set aside.
