No.284/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21800/2018 dated 11/01/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21800 of 2018 on 11.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21800 of 2018 on 11.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the charge sheet has not yet filed, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
