ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the appeal dated 10.12.2018 filed by the petitioner before the first respondent, within a stipulated time. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that an appeal filed by him has not been disposed of till date. The said appeal has been filed against the order of the punishment.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 10.12.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.In the result, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
