ORDER

The petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to forward the complaints dated 25.04.2015 and 30.05.2015 sent by the petitioner with direction to the third respondent to register the same on file within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that no complaint has been received by the 3rd respondent.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to present a complaint in person to the 3rd respondent on 09.07.2015 in person along a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to look into the same and conclude the enquiry, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
