Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the entire records pertaining to the proceeding in CC No. 110/2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and quash the same in so far as the petitioners concerned.

Order : This petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Mohideen Basha, Advocate for the petititioner and of MR.S.Muthal Raj, Advocate for the respondent and this Court made the following order:- It is represented by Mr.S.Muthal Raj, learned counsel, that he has entered appearance, on behalf of the respondent and has no serious objection in ordering this petition.
