ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 352 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., r/w Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Public Property (Damages and Loss) Act, 1992, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.1545 of 2020 Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, in Crime No.148 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case is of the year 2017.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that final report has already been filed before the Court concerned and that it has been returned.

5.Taking note of these aspects, even though I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, I permit the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and apply for recall of warrant. The petitioner's bail petition will be considered on the same day of surrender.

6.This criminal original petition is disposed of on these terms.
