The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent, dated 13.01.2012, thereby granted police protection to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.1563 of 2012 conduct a festival in respect of 'Dhjarga'. Therefore, now nothing survives in this writ petition.
2.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
