O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.16 of 2010 dated 02.01.2010.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the final report has already been filed on 16.07.2013.

3. In view of the fact that final report has been filed, no further order is necessary. The second respondent is directed to take appropriate steps to see to it that the jurisdiction Court takes up the final report and proceed further. The said action will have to be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
