2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent and of MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the Intervener the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1350 of 2018, dated 02.02.2018.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners 1 and 3 are working in the Police Department at Chennai and the Second petitioner is working as Physical Education Teacher at Aravaimozhy. In this Circumstances, they could not able to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)no.1350 of 2018, dated 02.02.2018. Hence, he prays to modify the condition.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioners, with regard to the first and third petitioners, since they are working in the Police Department, the condition already imposed on the first and third petitioners is modified to the extent that the first and third petitioners shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Egmore daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. With regard to the second petitioner he shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m until further orders.
