COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to condone the absence of comply the condition from 30.01.2018 to 09.02.2018 as per order of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.15081 of 2017 & 15082 of 2017, dated 07.11.2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that bail was granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.15081 of 2017 & 15082 of 2017, dated 07.11.2017 with condition that the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. He further submitted that due to illness of the petitioner, he could not able to comply with the condition from 30.01.2018 to 09.02.2018. Hence, he prays to condone the absence of comply with the condition from 30.01.2018 to 09.02.2018.
3.Heard both sides.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the noncompliance of the condition mentioned by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.15081 of 2017 & 15082 of 2017. Accordingly, the same is condoned and the petitioner is directed to abide the earlier condition from 28.02.2018 onwards. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
