Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14913 of 2013, dated 13.11.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, hence, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14913 of 2017, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
